Because Groupbox keeps you from losing contact with people, once and for all. You

What do I do at Groupbox?
Send everyone you want to stay in touch with an email request for their contact
information. Then you and your friends put in photos and contact information updates
and you all stay in touch.
Who should I send a request to?
Send to family, old friends, co-workers, new friends, teachers... everyone. We've
made Groupbox easy, useful, safe and free.
Free?
Yes, Groupbox is a free service. The costs of running it are pretty low, actually.
We have no plans to charge our users for this service. We plan to pay for the costs
of operating the service by putting ads on some parts of the site.
How do I invite my friends to join Groupbox?
Simply click here to sign in and send an
email invitation to your friends and request their contact info. You can send an
invite using your Hotmail address books or from your own email program.
How often will you email my friends and me?
We won't send you unsolicited email. We will send you useful emails that are core
to the service. To start, we send you two emails to verify your email address and
set up your account. Then we send you an email every three months to invite you
to update your contact information. We also can send you a weekly summary of Friends'
Updates – new photos, etc. The Friends' Update Email lets you easily and quickly
stay current with many people. You can adjust the frequency of that email by going
to settings page, and clicking on Change
for the Preferences seciton of the page. There, you can adjust, or cancel altogether,
the Friends Update emails.
How can I change my Display Name?
Simply click here to sign in, then go to
update info and click Change next to
"User Name" under Account Settings
How can I change the email address or password I use to Sign In?
To change your email address, simply sign in,
then go to update info, click the Change
link next to "Primary Email" under your Account Settings, and follow the instructions
to to change your email.
To change your password, sign in, go to update info, click the Change link next
to "Password" under your Account Settings, and follow the instructions to to change
your password.
What if I've forgotten my password?
No worries. It happens all the time. We will help you reset your password if you
click here.
Can I delete people from my list of friends?
Yes. Just go to see friends and find the
friend you want to remove. On their profile page, click the "Remove Friend" link
below their photo.
What should I do if I see inappropriate images?
We want to make sure Groupbox is safe for the whole family. We hate pornography
and want your help to make sure there is none of it on Groupbox. If you see images
that violate our Terms of Use, contain sexually explicit material or simply are
offensive to you please contact us and we
will take action immediately.
How old do I need to be to use Groupbox?
You must be 13 years old to use Groupbox. If you are over 13 years old and entered
your birth date incorrectly, you can go back to the site and restart the registration
process. You may need to clear your browser's history and cache, then open a new
browser window and enter your correct birth-date. Once this has been completed,
you should have no problem becoming a Groupbox member.
