For example, when we are in a situation and we have the same reaction over and over again causing us anxiety we have learned something that is hard to undue. Watch this video clip to learn more about how you train your brain, or un-train your brain. Very interesting scenario. You too can un-train your brain to react differently in situations. But you have to put everyday effort and attention into what must be untrained or unlearned.
